HORROR LOGO

For the Fear It Films horror logo, we wanted to create something different from existing models. Our idea to use stock footage of a hospital corridor was a no brainer based on the typical horror connotations around creepy hospitals. Following the dimly lit corridor into the dark elevator shaft looked very effective. We then went to show a montage of horror orientated footage in order to give the audience a look into what sort of things we make at Fear It Films. Our logo video ends with the Fear It Films writing switching from pale, ghostly white to blood red, representing horror colour connotations in horror.

DISTRIBUTION COMPANY

Our Distribution company had to be different from our horror company as it is for a wider range of films. Good distribution companies such as Universal and Sony cover a wide range of films. We tried to make ours have a feel of unity in that we, like those companies, cater for all genres. We used 4K footage of paint droplets in order to create an artistic image to show we are all creative individuals. The red represents our ability to incorporate danger into our works and the yellow represents the happiness we feel when creating. This allows us to connect with our audience.
